Is KlausPicks really free?
Yes — completely free, forever. No credit card, no subscription, no hidden fees. We're supported by optional donations and affiliate links on the gift pages.
What if someone doesn't receive their email?
No problem. Any participant can look up their assignment using the organiser email and their own email address — no login required. You can also manually resend emails from the dashboard.
Can I change the draw after sending?
Yes. The organiser dashboard lets you swap assignments between any two participants even after emails have gone out. Both participants receive updated emails automatically.
How many people can join?
Anywhere from 2 to 200 participants. We've seen offices of 150 people use KlausPicks without a hitch.
Can participants add their own wishlists?
Yes — participants can add a free-text wishlist hint when they RSVP, or link a full structured KlausPicks Wishlist. Their Secret Santa sees it automatically on the reveal page.
Is the draw really random?
Yes. We use a derangement algorithm that guarantees every participant is assigned someone other than themselves, while fully respecting any exclusion rules you've set.
